So Simple to Use

At the heart of Advantage CMS is the Navigation Tree, a visual sitemap of the entire website. Using this navigation editor, an administrator can simply create pages and drag and drop them wherever they belong within the sitemap.

Then, using the visual page editor, an administrator selects a template to begin building the page. Templates are created based on the site design standard. If a suitable template doesn’t yet exist, it can easily be created. Once a template is selected the administrator simply fills in the content and provides any necessary images.

In situations where a grid, graph or other specialty page is selected, custom forms and data entry grid controls enable you to easily create the required display.

Authorization Processes

Advantage CMS features advanced tools that create workflow processes for content change approval.

Content editors can make changes and save those pages for approval. The content review process automatically notifies a page/section/site administrator that changes are pending review. The administrator can review the changes made, approve the page or send it back with notes.

The system keeps a log of all page changes for easy rollback in case a page is prematurely activated.

Advantage CMS isn’t confined to simple content management. Quite often a website must do more to achieve its goals, and Advantage CMS is extendable to handle a wide variety of advanced functions and business processes.

The content has to conform to rigorous design and layout standards. Using the visual page editor, a team member simply selects a page style, starts typing and places images or video files.

Advantage CMS is an enterprise-class .NET solution built on top of Microsoft SQL Server. We provide a secure and reliable hosting solution for Advantage CMS clients.

We recommend using our in-house hosting services as we can then make upgrades more quickly and cost-effectively.

However, we can accommodate offsite hosting and provide support services remotely if that better suits your needs.
